Hi there I just wanted to compliment the driver who collected my rubbish today. For the past 3 months my husband and I couldn't work out who was putting our rubbish bin away for us. Today I heard the bin being emptied and then being put back where it belongs, unfortunately I missed him or her to say thank you. That is more than expected service. Just wanted to say thank you so much for the great service and we would love to thank the bin guys who always put our bin back upright and against our fence! Every Tuesday we walk out onto our street and the other companies bins are everywhere and are fallen over. We really appreciate the great service!!
I've been meaning to contact you for ages. Just wanted to commend your collectors for the way they reposition the bins after they've been emptied. They always put them back tidily and safely, unlike other collectors who leave bins scattered around on their sides, sometimes in the road. Great to be with Civic.
We've been using Civic Bins since our return from overseas. They came highly recommended to us by our son, who is a loyal customer. They give 100% from start to finish. the service is the best out there. There are 4 other companies in our street and Civic Bins is the only company that places the bin once emptied up against the fenceline! All the other companies just throw them down any old way/where and they get blown around in the wind etc.... Sadly we are moving to Eastbourne and really gutted that you don't venture this far out but are ever hopeful you will take it on as you can be assured we'll be the first to sign up with you again!
